I was eight years into my career, and I felt it.

So I did the work.
And just like any other high achiever, I went hard. I read every book, article, and listened to every podcast under the sun.
I went back to school to study workplace wellness, anxiety and stress management tools, and habit creation.
I healed myself (always in process) and then became the coach I knew other women like me needed.
Five years later and I’ve worked with over 200 women from the top companies in the world on mastering workplace wellness, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and burn out.
